Times Sri Boutique Hotel

The room felt like home, and after spending more than one month here, I know this is where I’ll stay when I come back to Phuket. Zack, the owner, was friendly and helpful. The room was HUGE, with a king size bed, an auxiliary bed I could use as a sofa, a good toilet, and lots of light. It’s well located too, in front of supermarkets, close to the gas station, and a 3 mins ride to either the beach or the center of Patong.

They blamed us in their reply and said we couldn’t cancel without a fee. The check-in window was only 1:30 to 2:30 pm, but we arrived hoping to check in at 7. Nobody was there, and our calls went unanswered. The staff were very unfriendly. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t waste your time here.

Our room faced the road, so there was some noise, though it was still manageable. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well on the third floor. Good value if you’re looking for a reasonably priced stay.

It’s about a 20-minute walk to Patong beach and the nightlife, and breakfast was very ordinary. I’ve had better at hostels. The room was comfortable and clean, the toilet was clean too, and the air conditioning worked well.
