Night markets are close, and there’s laundry and a 7/11 nearby. The location is good, and the staff are humble and always trying to help. The social and common area could be improved, though. Overall, highly recommended.

The market and Patong Beach are both nearby, which was handy. The rooms feel a little dated, but they were still okay, and it was a decent place to stay.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. Owner Sofia and her husband were extremely rude to me in front of my friend and his fiancée. I wouldn't stay here.

The building is old and poorly maintained, with dirt around the place and a lot of broken furniture, especially on the balconies. The shared rooms didn't seem to be cleaned or checked. Some of the plugs in those rooms were damaged and wouldn't hold properly, so I had to use one by the entrance. There weren't proper bed sheets, just a blanket over the mattress cover. The building is close to a main road, and the noise on weekends made it impossible to sleep. I arrived at 11am to check in, but nobody was at reception. I called the number listed on Google Maps and waited until the receptionist finally showed up. He wasn't apologetic, and the way he explained things and dealt with me felt arrogant and close to rude. When I handed over my passport, he couldn't find the photo page and rudely asked me where it was. They didn't give me the Wi-Fi details, and after that interaction I didn't feel like asking. With so many hostels in Patong, I wouldn't recommend this one. I think you'd be treated better elsewhere. Don't go there.
