Stay 94 Patong

We arrived at 3:30 with all our bags, but were told there were no rooms available, even though the man had our name. He said he needed to call the boss and that we’d have to go to another hotel. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I politely asked for our money back because we needed somewhere to shower and change before our flight. He kept ignoring us. We’d already been charged for a room. The listing said 24-hour check-in, but after payment it said check-in was after 2 pm. There’s no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs, and if you have bags you’ll need to carry them up two flights. Terrible customer service. Don’t stay here or book with them, they’re scammers.

We had paid for a private Standard Double Room, but when we arrived around 1 am, they took us somewhere else and left us at a hostel, Vista Inn Patong. They offered us beds in a shared room with other guests instead. It wasn’t the property we’d booked or a private room. There was no equivalent option, proper relocation, or help. We were traveling with our 5-year-old child, and the situation felt unsafe and unacceptable.

I couldn’t stay in the room and had to find another hotel straight away. They’d given me a different room with no window, and it was damp and smelled bad. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, cozy, and well looked after. Stay 94 Patong is conveniently close to shops and restaurants, and Bangla Road and the beach are only a short walk away. I had a great stay and would come back. 🌴😊
