The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water both worked well. The staff were really nice too. I did find some sandals left in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was clean. There’s plenty to do nearby, including lots of good places to eat.

Clean rooms and an elevator by reception. The location puts you close to everything, with a 24-hour laundry and Thai massage nearby.

The motorcycle parking situation was a real problem. I was even told to leave my bike at another branch, which was very inconvenient, and the front desk wasn't helpful or professional when I raised it. With parking so limited and service like that, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to bikers or families on vacation.

The hostess was a great guide and quickly helped with any questions that came up while I was in Phukhet. I stayed four nights. The room was clean and quiet, with a small balcony, and the location was great. The price also seemed reasonable compared with similar hotels.
