The staff were polite and really helpful, and the neighborhood stayed quiet at night, so we slept well. I stayed with a friend, and for a budget hotel in Patong the room was great: big, very clean, and with a table where I could work on my laptop. WiFi was fast and steady. The location is strong too, with Banzaan Night Market and Jungceylon both an easy walk away. Great value for a Phuket trip.

Mei and the rest of the staff were kind and friendly, always smiling and available. For an affordable stay during Phuket peak season, this was a great choice. The fish market and bangla road are within walking distance, there's a 7/11 just around the corner, and the WIFI is super fast.

I left The Way Patong Hotel before even 12 hours had passed, despite having booked five nights. Mold coming from the air conditioning made the room a health hazard, and noise from nearby rooms made it impossible to rest. Booking.com agreed that my complaint was valid when I reported it. The hotel wouldn't respond to their questions, though, and my refund request was denied. The conditions were completely unacceptable.

The staff were always smiling and very friendly. We had clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, hot shower water, and fast WIFI, so it covered everything we needed. Supercheap supermarket is nearby, and there are lots of restaurants right outside. Since Junceylon and Banzaan Night Market are both walkable, I also saved on tuktuk rides. I found it on Google while looking for a budget hotel in Patong Phuket, and it turned out to be inexpensive but great value.

Rooms were clean and got tidied every day. The staff were friendly and respectful, and I'd recommend staying here. I'd like to come back.
