Naina Resort & Spa Hotel

Our family spent two days at Naina Resort & Spa, and it was a welcome break from the everyday routine. The resort felt peaceful, serene, and well maintained. Our room was spacious enough for everyone, clean, and had comfortable bedding, perfect for naps after the pool. The staff paid close attention to what we needed, especially when we asked for extra things for the kids. I also managed to get a spa treatment while they were occupied. The therapists were professional, and the spa had a top-notch atmosphere. It worked well for parents wanting to unwind while the kids had room to enjoy themselves.

The staff are what really made our five nights memorable. Boom welcomed us with a huge smile and made check-in easy, Tik kept things running smoothly and shared good local tips for food and hidden spots, and Rain at the service desk had such infectious energy that we felt like VIPs whenever we came through the lobby. Naina Resort & Spa is lush and green, and the rooms gave our group plenty of space. We liked being close enough to walk or take a quick tuk-tuk to the beach, malls, and Bangla Walking Street, while still being far enough from the noise to sleep. The pool was a great place to recover after a night out, and the spa came in handy after three days of exploring. For the price, the service and room size are hard to beat in Phuket. My wife and I were looking forward to staying here, but the room had a cockroach in the bathroom and a little lizard or gecko ran across it. The room itself was a good size, and most of the staff were friendly, though English was a bit difficult for them. I liked the spa, but they asked me to leave a review before I’d even had my hot stone massage, and pushed for five stars. That shouldn’t happen. I’d tell anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.

We were in a pool-view room for three nights, and it was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The area was quiet and peaceful, with Patong Beach only about 1.5 km away, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and very cooperative the whole time. Special thanks to Jibin for guiding us, explaining things clearly, and helping whenever we needed it. His English was excellent, which made everything easier. A wonderful stay with great hospitality, highly recommended.
