Even sleeping outside like a homeless person would have been more comfortable. The service was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel.

We put our whole 14-day holiday plan together through the owner, who also offered us some great tour options. The place is a lovely family-run business in a quiet location. It’s a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes on foot to famous Bangla Road. Our room had a mini fridge, smart TV, safe, and a cute little balcony. Bathroom amenities, a kettle and water were provided too.

Everything was great, thanks. The people were kind and helpful, the room was clean with nice furniture, and the price was good. It’s central too, about a five-minute walk to the beach. If you’re interested, they also have an amazing Turkish breakfast that’s worth trying.

The street is calm, has clean air, and sits beside a mountain. The location worked much better for me than the nearby beaches. As a Turkish guest, I felt the Turkish hospitality. The owner helped with whatever I needed in Phuket, from pointing out the best exchange rate office and good places to eat to sharing information about the islands and Krabi. That kind of local information really matters when you’re a foreigner. Tours were arranged with help too, and everything was explained clearly.
