The staff were lovely and helpful, and the owner was really kind. It was around a 30-minute walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and a Muay Thai gym just 2-3 minutes away on foot. We enjoyed staying here. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and the room had plenty of space, a TV, hairdryer, AC, and a balcony with two seats. Would recommend it.

I got in around midnight, about 12/1 in the morning, and even with the office closed, Fabio and Luca waited so I could get into my room. The service was excellent. I also rented a motorcycle from them for two days, which was a real help since I didn't have to find a rental place myself. The room may be like rooms elsewhere, but their service really stands out.

At Grand View Patong, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It was handy for the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, and felt like good value for the money. 👌🏻

Fabio was kind and really helpful, and the room was clean with good equipment. The bed, though, was extremely hard, and the AC leaked onto the balcony, so relaxing out there wasn't possible. For the price it was a decent stay, and I'd recommend it to people more interested in exploring than comfort, as I am 😅.

Luca, the owner, was very friendly, and I had a comfortable stay in a clean, spacious room with the amenities I needed. Restaurants and the main streets are within walking distance, though the hotel sits a little uphill.
