The location, rooms, and staff were all top draw. Mot, the housekeeper, and Shankal at the front desk and restaurant were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond, and made my time in Pa Tong even better. My stay at the Burning Flame Hotel was fantastic. The only downsides were no elevator and no hot water. Most days were so hot that a cold shower was actually a relief at the end of the day. If you come to Pa Tong, this is a great hotel.

The staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help, and the service was efficient. The hotel had a calm, relaxing feel, so I’d gladly return and recommend it for business or leisure. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed.

The chicken biryani is a must try, best taste I’ve had in Phuket. Their rooms for rent are very reasonable too.

I stayed here in October after booking through the Booking.com app. The low rating there made me think something might be wrong with the hotel, but I ended up having a great stay. I took pictures of the room while I was there. The owner was very nice, the rooms were great, and all the facilities were available. The location near Bangla Market was perfect. Room, service, location, all three were very good. I recommend it whether you’re traveling solo or with friends or family.
