The pool and spa are downstairs, and I’d recommend trying the traditional Thai massage. Hotel guests get 10% off, though remember to tip the women. The beach is close, and you can walk to some good restaurants and Simon Cabaret. The rooms are nice, and the staff are always kind, smiling, and ready to help. A very good hotel in Patong.

The free gym and pool were nice, and breakfast had a range of choices. The room was clean, though the floor could have been cleaner. Staff left a cute towel elephant and a welcome snack :) The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is quieter than the big street because it sits higher up. I thought it was a bit overpriced, even though it was good in general.

The breakfast was excellent, the WiFi was good, and the gym was brilliant. Staff were polite and so friendly, always willing to help. It was a really comfortable, pleasant stay in a great location, and I’d definitely come back. Just remember there’s a 1000B deposit.

The staff were always smiling and very helpful, but the noise was too much. There was French rap blasting at the pool all day, and road noise continued through the night. The room also smelled of mold. At this price, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were helpful, and it seemed like a great place to stay. I’d booked the breakfast package, but as a vegetarian I found the food disappointing. There were very few options, even the bread had egg in it. They only had multigrain bread, and one day that wasn’t available either.
