We booked two Standard Rooms for our family, but one was a reasonable size and the other cramped and uncomfortably small. The rooms were also in separate buildings, with no effort to keep us together, which spoiled the family holiday. Their key cards often failed, and the safe needed a physical key that didn’t work properly. The safe key and room key were welded onto one keychain, making the locker awkward and frustrating to use. The booking said the deposit was 1000 THB, but at check-in I was asked for 1000 THB per room. This wasn’t mentioned beforehand and felt like an attempt to take extra money. The rooms had dirty, stained walls and clearly weren’t well maintained. From start to finish, the stay at Diva Boutique Hotel, Phuket was frustrating and disappointing. The hotel lacked basic hospitality, transparency, and upkeep, and management seemed indifferent to guests’ comfort. I’d strongly advise travelers, especially families, to choose somewhere more professional in Phuket.

I stayed from late April until June and was impressed by how much you get for the price. I visit Phuket regularly and have tried many hotels, but this one stood out as clean, new, and well maintained. It’s centrally located but peaceful, and we felt completely safe as two women traveling alone. The staff were the best part: kind, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They made us feel so welcome that we extended our stay far beyond what we’d planned. I’d definitely come back and recommend it for a simple, comfortable stay with genuinely lovely staff.

The shower pressure is seriously strong, and there’s a little gym with dumbbells and an adjustable bench. Mosquitoes got into the room, though, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping out and was very weak.

The location wasn’t great, and the room was just okay. There were loads of mosquitoes, the AC didn’t cool properly, and there wasn’t even a basic toothbrush or a phone in the room. The receptionists were very impolite, though the other staff were polite.

I was happy with my stay. The room was comfortable and had no strange smells, a small balcony, a soft mattress, a new, quiet air conditioner, and a TV with YouTube. The shower had hot and cold water with good pressure. My room looked onto a quiet street, and the hotel itself was in a peaceful area with an elevator and a comfortable lobby where you could sit. Wi-Fi was available, and everything was conveniently close by. The price was relatively low, although I had to pay a 1000THB deposit at check-in.
