For a budget, it’s reasonable, and the staff were fairly polite and chatty, though their English wasn’t very good. When I stayed, at the end of June-July last year, the AC wasn’t working, so it was hot and stuffy during the day and worse at night. I can’t imagine how January would feel. Hopefully they’ve fixed the AC lol. For the price, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a budget stay.

The hotel has amenities that challenge those at three-star hotels, and the price is very competitive. The manager was kind and helpful the whole way through. He patiently gave me details that helped me avoid tourist scammers and assisted with booking tours, including Phi Phi Island and James Bond Island. He explained clearly why a big boat was better for James Bond and a speedboat better for covering 4+ Phi Phi Island stops, and walked me through the price differences. Hope everyone who visits Phuket has a great time here.

There are loads of restaurants, 24/7 shops, an apothecary and tour services within a 100m radius. The hotel roof is great for hanging out with friends at night, with an awesome 360 city view. Good location, good hotel/guesthouse and clean rooms. The host is incredibly helpful, polite and responsive, and speaks perfect English and Russian. The host alone is worth 10/10. This is definitely the place to stay!

For the price, this is a good spot near Patong Beach. Our room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom basin in our room didn’t work. The reception stays open around the clock, and the staff speak English. I’d like to come back.
