There are lots of local food options within walking distance, and the location worked well for me as a solo traveler. The room was small but comfortable, and the bed was super comfy for a good night's sleep. Everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I'd highly recommend it!

The hotel was very clean and quiet, though there weren't any hotel amenities and it wasn't close to anything. Check the room's square footage online: the 'deluxe' room I got, which wasn't shown in the photos, was closet-sized. When I asked for the room pictured in my reservation, I was charged double to switch.

The market and a 7/11 are very close, and the location is nice. Rooms are cosy, neat, and clean, with good amenities. Staff were polite, attentive, and cooperative, and check-in and check-out were handled quickly and smoothly, without a wait. Good value for money, I'd rate it 10/10.

The other staff members were extremely respectful, but Mai at reception was rude and disrespectful to me during checkout. If that particular employee is working, it'll be my last time staying at this hotel.

Laundry and Seven are nearby, and there's a lift. No pool, but that's no problem for me. The rooms are clean, the AC works well and is clean, and it's mostly quiet. My favourite hotel in Patong.
