Our room had a spectacular view of Patong, room 761, and the location is brilliant. Getting around the resort was easy with the gold buggy service. They could take us to our room, pick us up, or bring us to reception or the restaurant whenever we wanted. The free shuttle to the main beach ran every few hours and had convenient pick-up for the return trip, so exploring felt easy and relaxing. The food was amazing at every meal. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and presented with care. Restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. From arrival on, reception, restaurant, and room service staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. We've already booked another stay and can't wait to see the team again. Indochine Resorts & Villas combines luxury with heartfelt, personal hospitality. Highly recommended!

The views from the 3/4 bed villas are spectacular, and the team's transport is fab. The restaurant is great too, with a fabulous view. The staff are wonderful, lovely, and can't do enough for you. They get 5 out of 5 stars. The villas are in poor condition, dilapidated inside, and really need renovating. Our kitchen area was shabby and old, the dishwasher didn't work, and the bathrooms were questionable. For what we paid, the shabby interior was very disappointing. You can't charge that much and deliver a villa in this state. Still, the view is beautiful and the staff are amazing.

We stayed in the Sky Suite, and it was breathtaking: luxurious, spacious, and immaculately maintained. The huge private plunge pool on the balcony was available any time, a real slice of paradise. The hotel also decorated our room for our engagement at no charge, which made the occasion feel even more magical. It felt like a dream come true. Getting around was effortless thanks to the golf buggy service. Whenever we arrived at reception, went to the restaurant, or headed back to the room, staff were ready to pick us up instantly. The whole property was spotless, the attention to detail was impeccable, and the atmosphere felt serene and luxurious. From the moment we arrived, every staff member, from reception and housekeeping to restaurant servers and porters, went above and beyond. The service was exceptional and made the stay unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend for a romantic escape, a special celebration, or just a 5-star retreat. We can't wait to return!

The resort itself was lovely, with comfortable rooms and great views, and the first part of our four-day stay went really well. We paid around 120,000 baht for it. The trouble came when we were checking out: staff said a small bed throw was missing and wanted 2,000 baht for it. We honestly didn't remember seeing one in the room. We were heading to the airport, so the nearly 30-minute discussion had us worried about missing our flight. After we explained our side, they dropped the charge and let us go. It was an upsetting, awkward way to finish a stay that had otherwise been pleasant, especially while abroad and pressed for time. The checkout experience really affected how I feel about the whole visit.
