I was very satisfied with the hotel service, including the lovely reception staff. The rooms were cleaned every day. I only wish they would change the breakfast buffet menu each morning.

For the price, this hotel is really good. The rooms and large pool are cleaned every day, and breakfast was delicious. There’s a 7/11 and a night street food market about a five-minute walk away. They also have free ping-pong.

The rooms were clean and good, and breakfast was above average. It’s within the city, but a little away from the noise of Bangla Street. We had a good stay.

I’d come back here for a budget stay. The resort provides towels for the pool and beach, which is only a few minutes’ walk away. Kalim beach had quite a bit of debris along the shore, though it still felt safe to swim. Nearby there are scooter rentals, restaurants, 7 elevens, and food vendors. The restaurant next door will make food vegan for me, with a cup of ice and my choice of drink from the fridge included with the meal. A lot of places charge extra for that. They do cook alongside non-veg items, so there is cross contamination. It’s a quick meal for days I don’t want to travel across town for vegan food. The room was spacious and cleaned thoroughly each day, including the bathroom. They left water in glass bottles daily. There’s a sign asking guests to put valuables away, but I didn’t and had no problems. If you don’t decline the cleaning service, they’ll clean while you’re out. The employees were hardworking, polite, and accommodating. It was about $25 USD a night, including breakfast, so the value was amazing. The buffet was decent, especially for non-veg options. As a vegan I stuck to fruit, toast, and juice, and wished they had a daily noodle dish without egg.
