It was cheap, but the room was dirty and the lift smelled really bad. The ag*da advertisement said there was a swimming pool, but there wasn’t one. The deposit was higher than the room price for 2 nights.

We’d booked a twin room, but when we arrived it wasn’t available. They wouldn’t let us sleep in a double room for tonight, either. There was no swimming pool, no credit card payment option, and a whole list of rules and regulations, plus a $1000 baht security deposit. After we decided not to stay, they tried to charge us a cancellation fee.

The owner abused me when I checked out early in the morning and ruined my day. He seemed too focused on money and lost his manners when I wouldn’t pay his price. He doesn’t know how to treat customers. I’d ask people to avoid this property and its ill-mannered owner.

After a 25 hrs flight, we arrived to find unskilled staff and clear signs of pests everywhere. There was mold and dirt all over, and the aircondition didn’t work in 35°. We booked online. Please learn from our mistake and don’t even try this place.

This so-called hotel gave us the worst experience ever. The bed linen wasn’t clean, and I saw a staff member use a towel to wipe the toilet bowl. The receptionist was so unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
