Fon went out of her way to get me the best room, and all the staff were really friendly. I loved the fantastic breakfast spread, with lots of delicious choices, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The place is spotless and comfortable, with a gorgeous pool and amazing views. Everything’s close by, including a 7-Eleven, laundry and great restaurants just steps away. I loved this hotel!

I especially want to thank Fon for being so kind. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were excellent, and the rooms were clean. Spending the day by the pool was one of my favorite things.

Fon at reception was so friendly and helpful, and everyone on staff was nice and polite throughout. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and is a great spot to relax. Lulla Bella Hotel is really clean, with comfortable rooms. I had a great stay there in Phuket and would highly recommend it.

The hotel made for a really relaxing stay, with friendly, helpful staff and fantastic room service that made things easy. I stayed in July 2025, when prices were more manageable. The beach may be a bit far if you want to walk there, and the pool is on the small side, so it might not suit people who want to swim laps or have lots of room. Still, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to get away from the daily rush and enjoy a quiet place to recharge.
