Memory Boutique Patong

The room was clean and well kept, and for the price I don’t have much to complain about. The location is quite strategic, but the best part was the friendly, attentive service from the staff. Soundproofing could be better, and there was no hot water. I’m not sure whether that was just an issue in my room. Still, it was a good stay and I’d visit again.

We spent the first two days of our trip at Memory Boutique Patong to celebrate our first anniversary. The hotel decorated our room when we asked, which made the occasion feel extra special. Everything was within walking distance, including Patong Beach, Bangla Street, nearby 7-Eleven stores, and several tour booking options. The property was very clean, the staff were warm and helpful, and room service was excellent throughout. It was a lovely, comfortable stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

Bella at reception was so helpful, polite, and professional. She made check-in and the whole stay smooth and comfortable, and handled our questions and requests promptly with a smile. It’s a nice hotel with good service. The front desk staff really make a positive difference, and we’d happily stay again.

There’s plenty within walking distance, including 7-11, massage places, and restaurants. The front desk staff were very helpful arranging excursions and things like that. Our balcony room had such a nice view, and although the rooms are modest, they’re very clean. I also liked getting fresh bottles of water every day. I’d definitely stay again.
