It's easy to get around from here, with a food market just around the corner and other essentials close by. Patong beach takes about a 10-15 minute walk. The staff were friendly and the service was good, so it worked well for an overnight stay.

The bed and air conditioning were great, and the price is cheap for such a central spot. I rented a second scooter for five days but brought it back after two, and the owner wouldn't refund me. He's not very accommodating. Breakfast coffee also cost extra. The place feels dated apart from the room basics, and street-facing rooms get a lot of noise. Best regards.

The woman working there was the one good part of the stay. Everything else felt dirty, moldy and noisy. When I challenged Peter (the boss) about the state of the room, he replied, "Why are you coming here then? It's not by chance that this place is cheaper." At night the street was completely dark, with what looked like shady people hanging around, so the location didn't reassure me. I paid to stay there and can speak from experience. In my view, the positive reviews are either biased, from friends, or from people who haven't stayed there. I strongly suggest waiting for more reviews before booking Cosy Place and Austrian. Don't go, you could really regret it.

Great location, and the service is excellent. Rooms get cleaned every day, and breakfast is available around the clock. What else do you need?
