We spent four months at PHV Condo with friends and two children, and came away with only good feelings. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for comfortable living. The big balcony became a favorite spot. Scott took care of whatever we asked for, technical issues were fixed within a day, and cleaning happened weekly. Having a washing machine meant we didn't need laundry visits, and we were given a spot in the enclosed parking area. Everyone on the PHV team was friendly and helpful. The community was good too, with nice neighbors from many countries and no problems with noise or loud music. The main and children's pools were clear, and the gym was in good condition. One building has a beautiful view of Patong harbour. Our electricity and water bills weren't high. It's quiet, away from the road and the noise of Patong, while the main Patong street is only a ten-minute trip and has everything you need.
