The bathroom was a little worn and some things in it didn't work, though at this price that was okay. The kind, sympathetic staff and the location made my stay very pleasant. I've stayed in many places in patong, and this was the best location I've had.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The room smelled bad, the toilet was dirty, the taps didn't work properly, bugs were everywhere, and there was no lift. The website photos don't look genuine to me, perhaps they were taken when the hotel first opened several years ago.

Good value for the location. The owners are hands on and very helpful, and the place is clean. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Dirty rooms and awful service and behaviour. A definite no from me.
