My room was clean, comfortable, and very nice, so the stay itself was pleasant. Addy deserves a special mention for being kind, friendly, and attentive. His service really made a difference. I was disappointed, though, by Fah's attitude. She seemed uninterested in helping guests, didn't greet people, rarely smiled, and often looked disengaged. She was frequently on her phone and talking loudly on calls in the lobby, which came across as unprofessional. It gave me the impression that she was just waiting to finish her shift instead of serving guests. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall service.

This hotel is run very poorly. The AC in my room was broken and dripped water for all three days. Staff left the balcony sliding door unlocked, so anyone could have come in. Check-in was extremely unprofessional. The owners need to invest a lot of money to make this place great.

After switching rooms, I still woke up at 6 a.m. and left. The refrigerator in the first room reeked of durian as soon as I opened it, and the smell wouldn't go away. How could they put anyone in a room like that without removing the fridge? This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at, and I spend around 250 nights a year in hotel rooms. I was only there because my friend had booked it.

There wasn't anyone in charge, just one staff member and the maids, and the staff wouldn't listen or let us speak. The first room they gave us on the third floor was dirty, with no towels or amenities. I asked to move, but the second room was dusty too, and the air conditioner smelled awful. As a walk-in guest, I was quoted 2,000 baht a night, which was okay, though the OTA price was 1,700. What a disappointment. If you're thinking of sleeping or resting here, please run. This place felt like a nightmare. Don't waste your money.

The taxi ride to the centre of Patong, around Bangla rd, takes 7-10 minutes. It worked well for us as a couple: we could have a peaceful break and still get into the busy area when we wanted. We stayed in the Penthouse for two nights, with a private pool overlooking the beach. The facilities felt very underpriced, and receptionist Ta-ow was welcoming, friendly, and knew the area well. We'd definitely come back 😀
