I spent five nights at Simple Boutique Seabreeze and was grateful for every moment. The rooms were clean, kept in good shape, and regularly looked after. You’re just a few meters from the beach, with restaurants and shopping areas around the hotel. Everything felt perfect, from the kind receptionist, always smiling cheerfully, to the handsome, kind, and intelligent owner. I’d book Simple Boutique without hesitation! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

This is a budget hotel with basic amenities, and it’s within walking distance of Patong beach, local restaurants, and provision stores. You might get a room with a nice view if you’re lucky. The air conditioning felt weak to me and took too long to bring the room to a normal temperature. There’s no lift either.

The bed was comfortable, and the location is near the beach and Patong main area. Still, this is a budget place, not a high class hotel, and the rules are very strict, so you can’t do everything here. It could suit young people visiting Phuket on a very low budget. REMINDER: FOLLOW THE RULES

The staff were friendly, direct, and spoke English. The location is great, literally about 100 steps from the beach, and I’d recommend it if you want to stay nearby. I just wish the bed were more comfortable and the towels smelled less like smoke.

There’s a row of restaurants, a 7/11, and pharmacies nearby, and Bangla road is very close. The beach is an easy walk too. Our room was good and tidy, though the washroom clogged often. Room service dealt with it as soon as they could.
