The owners made us feel like old friends from the minute we arrived. The hospitality felt personal and genuine, and they were always around with recommendations. They went out of their way to get the little details right. If you want somewhere with heart, this is a good choice. The host and management team were professional, and communication was smooth from check-in through check-out. They handled every request efficiently and clearly take pride in maintaining high standards. Our trip felt easy as a result. I’d recommend it to anyone who values reliable, quality service.

The staff made our stay especially easy. We were heading back to Bangkok after three nights, but with an evening flight they let us check out at 1:00 PM and keep our bags there as long as we needed. Other hotels usually want you out before noon. Everyone was so thoughtful, easily the kindest staff I’ve come across. ❤️👍 The room was spotless, and I liked how the bathroom was split into two separate areas. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Phuket.

That big room was enormous, almost like an apartment, and its balcony was big enough for a small party. I’m pretty sure it’s their best room. The owner showed me both a smaller and larger option after I called at the last minute to ask about availability, and I chose the larger one. For the size and location, the high season price was surprisingly reasonable. It’s easy to get around from here. Tops, a 24-hour supermarket, is right across the road, with a 7-Eleven and lots of restaurants nearby. Patong Beach is not far, and it stays quiet at night since there aren’t bars or clubs close by. Downstairs, the restaurant serves mostly international dishes from noon to 11 PM, though the chef lady is happy to make simple Thai food if you ask. The people working here are friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They mostly use English, as there’s no Thai-speaking staff at the front desk, but they’ll find someone to help if needed. The room was spacious and fairly clean, and there’s an elevator. A few small things could be better: there’s room for only one car in front, most outlets have two prongs, and the floor was a little dusty. Still, I was really impressed and would visit again.

They can sort out tours and transfers, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The staff were kind, helpful, and fun to chat with. It’s near the lively part of Patong, and you can also get breakfast or a few bites at dinner. The quesadillas were good. Thanks so much for looking after us!
