Blythe really stood out for her great service, and the rest of the staff were very accommodating too. The hotel was clean, decent and comfortable for the affordable price. Its location made it easy to get to everything. We had a lovely stay and would book here again on our next Phuket visit.

What I’ll remember most is how the team looked after me when I had a PTSD episode. They helped me feel safe, and I won't forget that care. The staff are genuinely kind and seem to care about their guests. The room was comfortable, and daily housekeeping kept it fresh and clean. Everything nearby was easy to reach from this well located hotel. I’d happily return every year when I visit Phuket.

We had trouble getting our concerns handled, and the charges made the stay feel especially unfriendly. The shower door wouldn't shut, so water spread across the bathroom floor. We reported it, but even after it was supposedly fixed, it still leaked. Then we were charged 700 THB for a towel we used to mop up that water. They asked us to pay for a replacement right away instead of trying to wash it first and only charging us if the stain wouldn't come out. The next day, housekeeping said we'd stained a pillow and asked for another 200 THB. I've never seen a hotel deal with things this way. If you're coming from South Africa, don't expect the standard you may be used to. Families with kids should be cautious too, since even small issues seem to bring charges. There were some good points. The room was clean and decent, the air conditioning worked well in Phuket's heat, and breakfast had a fair amount of choice. The location was handy, with 7-Eleven shops nearby and a lively street where it was easy to find what we needed. Still, the service and the way guest concerns were handled were very disappointing.

The location is fantastic, but the place has a lot of problems. There are tiny ants around the bathroom sink, and traffic on the main roads means motorbikes go by all night. If you're a light sleeper, that's rough. The breakfast was pathetic and very basic. They only offered ready-made Asian tea, so when I asked for normal tea bags, I had to go buy my own. The service had a real couldn't-care-less feel. I'll speak to the manager before I leave, but I won't book here again. There are plenty of other hotels in Patong. It was my first time staying here. I asked the front desk for extra toilet rolls and shower gel, and the woman said that as a cheaper hotel they limit those supplies to what's provided each day. She also pointed to the bathroom notice saying not to flush toilet paper and to use the water sprayer to wash your backside with your hand. I found that disgusting, and as an elderly couple from Australia, we wouldn't do that. She warned that toilet paper would block the toilet and we'd have to notify them. I asked if guests were really expected to follow the rules posted on the wall. I walked off annoyed, and the girls were mumbling in Filipino, apparently about me.
