I booked for one night to recover from the flight, expecting another cheap place, but ended up staying much longer and would recommend it. Check-in was easy and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and friendly. For the price, you get a great room, a comfortable bed, and the best shower in Thailand, really hot and powerful. The TV and aircon were great too. It’s close to most things, though not the beach. Motorbike taxis are very cheap and get you to the beach or Jungceylong quickly. Makro, massage places, and local Thai food are within walking distance. Thanks for the hospitality! 😘😘😘

I met the owner during my stay and had a chat; they were very nice and made the place feel welcoming and homely. The staff were down-to-earth and friendly, and the room was hard to fault: tiled floor, aircon, a desk with a slide-out drawer, two chairs, flat screen TV, and an amazing view of Patong. It was great value for money, and I’d happily have stayed my whole trip if I weren’t keen to see more than Patong. The Bluewater Hotel is 1.5 km from Jungceylon. That’s walkable, though I usually took a motorcycle taxi. I often stayed around Nanai road instead, where there are plenty of places to eat, bars, and massage shops. Money exchanges, a post office, 7-11, Food Marts, and food grocers are also close by. It’s a relaxed, convenient area, and I’d definitely stay again. Jay

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the price is great. But there’s loud live music from the bar downstairs every night until 2-3am, so I wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers. It’s a 20-minute walk to the beach.

The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are friendly. Live music next door might bother some people, but it didn’t bother me. At night the toilet starts to smell, so you may need to flush, open a window, and maybe use room spray. The hotel was still totally worth the money. One more thing, the sign is easy to miss among all the nearby signs. See you again!

I spent most of my trip resting in the room because I got really sick. It was comfortable and had what I needed to take it easy, but that’s about it. If you’re after attentive service or something fancy, this probably isn’t the place.
