The Marina Phuket Hotel

I’m staying here now, and the experience has been very disappointing. The rooms were much smaller than I expected, the balcony wasn’t properly cleaned, and the staff were extremely rude throughout our stay. For the high price, the value and service fell short. I paid for an extra bed, but it was never brought because there wasn’t enough room. They should have told me that before taking payment. I also felt the hotel focused more on extra charges than on guest satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Everyone was smiling, helpful, and nice from the moment I reached the front desk. The hotel was ultra clean and in a great location, and I’d come back anytime. A special mention to the guy who helps tourists cross the street. He does it with a smile, even while risking his life, and deserves a tip from tourists!

The rooftop pool was a real highlight, with a lovely atmosphere for relaxing. The facilities in the room were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were attentive, professional, and friendly throughout my stay. I was at The Marina Phuket Hotel for two nights during a Thailand trip that also took me to Phi Phi, Krabi, and Bangkok. Of all the places I stayed, this gave me the best overall experience. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on the dining options. The location was a little less convenient than some alternatives, though it didn’t affect my stay much. I’d recommend the hotel for its service and comfortable facilities.

The pool area was unbelievable, and everything was so clean. The facilities were fantastic too. Anya at the front desk was especially lovely and always had great information. I’d highly recommend the hotel and will book here again when I come back.
