I checked in after booking through booking.com and paying around 200 USD, but was also charged 500 Bhatt there. When I opened the room, I was shocked to find bugs running all over the floor. I asked to move, but the other room also had lots of bugs on the floor. I couldn’t stay, so I apologized and left. I hoped they’d understand and refund me, but they refused, saying I had already used the room. The management wouldn’t accept that the rooms needed to be desinfected, and I wish they had returned my money. Despite the good location, read the reviews and avoid making my mistake. The rooms are full of bugs, and you could take them home with you.

The rooms were okay, but clearly worn, and the soundproofing was so poor we could hear everything next door. We only realized that on our second night, thankfully the last one. Before that, the side street off Patong’s main road seemed like the hotel’s biggest advantage. On arrival, we’d wondered if it rented rooms by the hour to nearby businesswomen, but that turned out not to be the case. The stairs were also narrow and steep, making luggage hard to carry. Would I book here again? Probably not.

Noise went on 24/7, and the rooms were run down. There’s no elevator, just steep, narrow stairs.
