The pool was fine, and the area was fairly quiet with friendly staff. The rooms are roomy, clean, inexpensive, and have what you need. But the facilities could use attention: the air-conditioned gym was broken, and there's no elevator. It's about a 15-minute walk to the market and Jungceylon, and 25-30 minutes to Pa Tong Beach. I'd stay again.

Makro Hypermarket is only a two-minute walk away, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Pa Tong Beach takes about ten minutes on foot or a quick TukTuk ride. The rooms and apartments are spacious and clean, with en suite bathrooms. Staff are friendly, and there are two pools, a gym, and a pool table. A nice hotel at a very competitive price.

The owners are friendly, the food is great, and the beachfront dining and atmosphere make this my favorite spot in Bangtao. The sunsets are incredible, and getting out on an E-Foil is easy. My wife and I always come back to relax and spend time on the water.

The bathroom drain was clogged, the bed smelled musty and was dusty, and the amenity kit only covered one person for one day. The receptionist was very rude and actually yelled at us to check out, even though we'd said we wanted a few extra hours. Customer service was awful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It's clean, affordable, and tucked away in a quiet area, well away from Bangladesh road. There's a typical Italian bar nearby for breakfast, plus a nice pizzeria and a grill barbecue terrace. I stayed some time ago, and the experience made my holiday much more pleasant. I loved it and would definitely stay again next time. Highly recommend it.
