The house was awesome, with a phone and places to order food. It was spacious, very nice, and the view was beautiful. I expected a bigger pool, but actually liked it as it was. The service is why I can't give five stars. We weren't welcomed, and when it was pouring, the guy didn't help my friend take the luggage down. It felt like, here are the keys, call if you need anything, so the welcome wasn't particularly warm. Also, airport shuttles won't take you all the way up the steep hill. There's a local who'll take you for 200 baht. We were desperate in the rain and paid that, though you might try for 100.
