Encore Sea View

The staff's behavior was so unpleasant that I didn't feel like saying much to them. The bed was stained and filthy, so we didn't even use the blanket. The smell was awful, enough to make someone faint, and just looking at the place made me feel scared. I've never seen a hotel this dirty. I'd tell everyone to stay away.

I felt cheated by the payment demands: they charged my card, then asked me to pay cash on arrival. The staff didn't help and seemed indifferent, and I regret booking here. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near an acceptable level of cleanliness. It was the worst experience I've had at a property. Save your money and sanity, and stay somewhere else.

It's fine for a short, very cheap stay. The staff are really friendly, the location is very good once you find the rooms above the restaurant, and they give you free water. For the price, it was okay, but our room had no window, the AC and TV remotes were missing, and it could've been cleaner. I'd give it five stars for the price if the host sorted those things out.

There are better places nearby for less money. These rooms smell bad, the sheets aren't clean, and they're worn out and dirty. Even the toilet seats are damaged. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. I'd rather sleep on the street.
