8th Floor Pool View Condo at Park Lane Resort

The condo is dirty, and the pools are dirty too. They pour in 20 kg of chlorine each. The service company is awful, especially the main person, and they don't like children. There are cameras around the condo, but only one guard for the whole area, sitting in a booth at the barrier. There are two cleaners and two other employees whose jobs aren't clear, maybe an electrician or a plumber. How can apartment owners be expected to pay annual maintenance when the company doesn't take care of the grounds at all?

My room was old, the bed was very hard, and neither the hob nor the TV worked. I can't recommend this place.

My son bought a condo in Park Lane expecting it to be a nice place to live, but the maintenance has been terrible. The toilets smell awful, and I've been bitten by mosquitoes. The pool isn't accommodating for larger people. At the annual meeting I asked for safety bars along the entrance and even offered to pay the full cost. They made me feel foolish and unimportant for asking. I hope they take more responsibility in future. I feel unheard.
