A. D. Condominium by United 21 Thailand

The higher floors have a fantastic view, and the studio was comfortable. I also found the pool and gym well kept, with plenty of parking. The lift was reliable most of the time, and when it did have a rare problem, staff got it repaired quickly. I stayed at AD Hyatt Condominium for a long period and had a very positive experience with the friendly, helpful staff. Ms. Kamlai helped me get settled and took care of studio repairs. She was strict about the contract, though, so I didn’t get my full deposit back after leaving early. It’s a peaceful, well managed place, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone staying in Pattaya.

The location is good, and the view from the upper floors is nice. Some condos are in good shape while others need renovation, but the smell was the main problem for us. There’s no bathroom extractor, and sewer odors sometimes come up with no way to stop them.

Anyone who knows Wongamat will understand. For the price, location, views, and the project itself, it’s definitely five stars.

This condo is a disaster. The pool is very dirty, and the parking area floods whenever it rains. Elevators regularly have problems that take days to fix. Security sleeps on the job and shares guests’ private details with others without permission. Staff and management are lazy, and nobody speaks English.
