We've been living here for two years, and our family of three really loves our duplex and its ocean view. The condos differ a lot in layout and furnishings, but ours works well for us. It's an older building, though the common areas are kept clean, with the cleaners working Monday through Saturday. Renovations are ongoing, gradually improving the place. The rooms are large and the location is convenient, which suits families and older residents. Staff are very nice, and Toom, the guard, is especially alert and helpful.

The place is quiet, and the price and beach location are decent. About half the apartments seemed empty when we were there. Still, be ready for pigeon droppings, and ask for any unit except 46/48. Ours was dated, with a hard bed and just two pillows. It was spacious, but our view was of a trash can, with the night market on our side. The biggest issue was the pool being broken. We got that news less than 24 hours before arrival and should have cancelled then. From what we could see, it had been out of service for a while. Management said it would be fixed the following week, but I suspect people had been hearing that for months. This should be disclosed on the rental sites. If you want a quiet, reasonably priced apartment near the beach and don't need a pool, it might suit you.

It's especially quiet here when occupancy is low, and the big condos can feel quite empty. Management keeps the place very clean and runs it nicely. Being close to the beach and Jomtien Night Market is a real plus.
