The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful all through our stay, which made a real difference. Breakfast had plenty of choices, with Thai dishes, Indian food, and some Korean and Japanese selections. The coffee machine could be better, though. The grounds are well kept, and the pool area is attractive, especially for families. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Ocean View room at Amari Pattaya. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a modern, cozy design. The ocean view was genuinely beautiful and one of the best parts of the visit. The sofa was big enough for an adult to sleep on comfortably, a nice extra for families or groups.

The kids club and pool were amazing, and my kids had a fantastic time. I also found the spa relaxing and worth the cost. The hotel has a pleasant ambience and smell, which adds to the experience. Breakfast was excellent, and the service and polite, welcoming staff impressed me. Amari Pattaya was a wonderful stay and good value for money, with a superb location. There was a small issue with a couple of housekeeping staff, but overall the hospitality and experience were excellent. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable, family-friendly stay in Pattaya.

The people were the best part for me. The staff were genuinely friendly and gave 100% to make sure we were happy. Amari Pattaya has a wonderful atmosphere, from the beautiful lobby to the relaxed poolside feel. The fitness center on the 4th floor is cozy, but fine for a quick workout. Great vibes and views. I’ll definitely come back! 🌴

Goong and Ma-Khuea made the stay memorable with their kindness, professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail. The hospitality at Amari Pattaya was outstanding from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely view that added to the relaxing feel. The location is peaceful and right by the beach, while still close to attractions. The pools are amazing, and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. It really delivers comfortable, 5-star service. I’d highly recommend it and would happily stay again on my next Pattaya visit.

The pool was very good for children, and there were lifeguards. The location was good too. The sunbeds looked like they do in the photo and weren’t very pleasant to use. It might be better to remove the mattresses. I’m talking about the family room with bunk beds. The room needs renovation, with signs of age everywhere. I usually don’t mind that, as long as it’s kept properly clean. There was someone’s poop on both sides of the toilet and on the bathroom door. The bathroom was very dirty, which says a lot about the room cleaning, and sometimes there was a very bad smell in there. This was a big disappointment, since cleanliness matters a lot to me. Update: breakfast was really good, with a great variety of dishes and good quality.
