The staff’s kindness and professionalism made a real difference. They did their best to meet our requests, and Nisa deserves special thanks for her dedication and outstanding service. The spa was amazing, and the small, beautiful pool was great for relaxing and taking Instagram-worthy photos. We had a wonderful three-night stay in a modern hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and breakfast was very good. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Pitt, a female member of the front desk staff, was helpful and reminded us about valuables we’d left in the room. She and her team also helped coordinate the free shuttle and kept us informed. The concierge team were warm and welcoming. Breakfast had a nice mix of buffet items and a la carte orders, and there was a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. We enjoyed the city view, too. We had a lovely three-night stay. Having a washer and bathtub in the room was especially useful after time at the beach or pool. The kids loved the indoor facilities and were thrilled to find sand and water at the hotel. I’d happily recommend the stay.

The location is quiet but close to everything, with the beach within walking distance and Big C nearby for shopping and other needs. At Arbour Hotel and Residence, everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and attentive, and Nisa was especially helpful throughout our stay. The service, facilities, and peaceful setting exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back.
