The accommodation service deserves 10 stars, but transportation was terrible. Motorcycle taxis wouldn’t let riders pick up passengers inside. My child and I had to walk through the rain to the other side of the street to get a ride, sometimes all the way to the street entrance. Sometimes riders stop away from the hotel instead of at the front or taxi stand. If the driver notices, they yell and curse, and sometimes it turns into a fight. That’s dangerous for passengers. I’d like the organization to deal with these problems.

My family and I spent two months at Arcadia Beach Resort Jomtien. The office staff were unnecessarily appalling, with blatant hostility and rude behavior from all of them. I also felt a clear bias, with a palpable atmosphere of not liking Farangs. They flat-out refused to watch my wife’s one piece of luggage for a few minutes while she went back to the room to get the rest of our bags before we got into a taxi. That lack of basic help was inexcusable. It’s a shame such a nice facility is spoiled by unprofessional staff who seem xenophobic. I spoke with other owners who mentioned the same problem with the office staff. Save your money and stay somewhere owners and guests are respected. I won’t be buying one from here now.

My wife and I had a lovely day here. The staff were welcoming, and the little coffee shop was friendly too. There’s a huge range of fascinating marine life and animals, from pelicans and flamingos to kangaroos, deer, sheep, exotic birds, rare breeds, and all kinds of cuddly little creatures. I enjoyed it much more than Underwater World, and the entrance costs about half as much. I’d definitely recommend a visit.

The included “high speed internet” was barely usable, and sometimes stopped working altogether depending on the time of day. Rooms below the fifth floor had plenty of insects, including large roaches and worms in the shower. I also found that none of the room windows locked. When I asked Miss Guarantee to arrange a safety repair, her low-cost contractor drilled a key lock onto the outside of the window instead of fixing the lock on the inside. My water was shut off during my first two weeks, while my billing cycle still had two weeks to go. I had to ask three times before I was finally allowed to change rooms. I also have a medical card from a Thai doctor and a cannabis prescription for sleep, but the building will fine you for using cannabis on your private smoking patio. The sauna was still under construction, despite signs in the elevators promising it would be finished by March 5. There were so many problems. Under no circumstances would I rent from MISS GUARANTEE, and I’d avoid BOBA properties too. Other reviews describe similar issues.
