8/10. A really nice building for a longer stay. The pool, gym, and sauna are very good and new. There’s massage, tattoo, drinks, and a restaurant shop out front, and a small night market is about a 10-minute walk away. Very convenient. I recommend it.

The pools and saunas are nice, and the price is good. Sound insulation is poor, both from outside and between rooms. It’s also a bit away from LK Metro, Walking Street, and Jomptien, with the beach about a kilometer off.

I stayed for a month and would definitely recommend it. The building is lovely and well located, close enough to everything. The amenities were amazing, with beautiful views, two swimming pools, a gym, sauna, and steam room. Security is there 24/7, always polite, smiling, and giving a salute.

From the outside the building looks modern and high-end, but the quality overall feels average. The facilities are good, with a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym, though the gym gets quite crowded in the evenings. Choosing the right room matters: I stayed in three, and two were fine, but the last had serious sound insulation problems. Even small noises from the neighboring unit came through clearly. The juristic office staff were generally kind, helpful, and responsive, and I had no problems with them. My bigger concern is security. When something happens inside the building, such as an argument or someone coming to your door, the guards don’t intervene. They just tell you to call the police yourself. I’ve lived in condos in different countries, and security usually steps in to manage situations like that. Here, they’re physically present but don’t provide real support.
