I've lived at Axis condo long term, and the 10 baht bus stops right at your doorstep, handy if you don't have a motorbike or car. There's a nice pool and fitness room, the staff are great, and the cleaning crew does a great job. Highly recommend for short or long stays.

The deposit charge at checkout made this a very unpleasant experience, and I can't recommend the place. Management charged tenants well above market prices for items taken from the security deposit, even when the items still worked and only had normal wear. In my view, ordinary depreciation should be covered by rent, not billed back at inflated prices. The condo itself is decent, but the price is above market for what you get. The unit has extremely cheap, low quality furnishings that literally fall apart under normal, careful use. Overall, it felt like the business model was built around exploiting deposits instead of providing fair housing.

We stayed for six weeks and really recommend it. The reception ladies were super nice and helpful, and you can get printouts from them cheaply. The gym is amazing and well equipped, with AC, and the swimming pool is well maintained too. Loved it.

The package receiving system is well done, and the pool and gym are more than good enough for a simple workout. My unit faces big Buddha, which is quite nice. It's generally a good condo, and I'm now on my second 12 month contract.
