4/10
The location is good and the price is very affordable, but the cleanliness needs work. Guests are asked to take their shoes off, yet the floor is very dirty, and even the room floor felt a little sticky underfoot. The air conditioners are old.

It's affordable, and the place is clean. The location is good enough.
