The cleaning was good, and the cleaning lady was kind, but I wouldn’t return. The room smelled very bad, the sheets were dirty, the internet was poor, and there was no intercom or receptionist. The TV and remote were there, but the remote had no batteries. There was also beer on the balcony.

The cleaning was good, but the internet was poor and the service was awful. The building is very old, with no real living standard, and there was no room boy or phone access to reception. They couldn’t provide hot water either. Management felt unprofessional and behaved rudely. I felt they were greedy about money. I hope they learn basic good manners and service, along with at least a few words of English, before running a business serving foreigners. Is this a hotel or a hostel? I honestly had a very bad experience.

We had a spacious bed, free car parking, and daily supplies of water and toiletries. The staff were polite and helpful, and there were convenience and essential stores nearby. The bed sheets weren’t changed at all during our stay. There wasn’t an electric kettle, although you could heat water downstairs. WiFi didn’t work, and when it did connect, it was slow.

At the monthly rate, paying separately for electricity and water seemed reasonable. But they charged me too much for cleaning and electricity, apparently so they wouldn’t have to return my deposit at the end of the contract. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The owner is mean and likes to scam foreigners.
