Beachfront at Veranda residence 19 by snap hosting

The apartment’s everyday basics weren’t in good shape. Wi-Fi barely worked during our whole month’s vacation, the TV didn’t work, and the pots and pans were burnt on the bottom. The pillowcases were so small the pillows felt like hard balls. There were no coffee cups and no drying rack. The contract situation was also upsetting. At first, the woman gave us a template saying water, electricity, and internet were included. When we arrived, we were rushed to sign what we thought was the same contract. The version we signed said we’d be charged for everything. I would never rent an apartment through her.

We had a comfortable, well-organized stay at Veranda Residence Pattaya. The rooms felt cozy and clean, with a lovely atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location suited a relaxing trip with friends. I’d definitely come back.

The balcony has a great view, and these apartments are spacious with the amenities you need, including a gym and massage. The accommodation is nicely maintained and everything was good. It really deserves a five-star rating.

The way my motorcycle was handled was completely unacceptable. The hotel’s legal office and security staff chained it up yesterday, blocking access to my private property. If they thought it was parked in the wrong place, they could have asked me to move it or take it to a designated area. Instead, they put chains around it and demanded money, which felt like extortion to me, not hotel service. I felt pressured and taken advantage of by the hotel staff, rather than treated like a guest. In my opinion, the situation is highly questionable legally. I strongly don’t recommend staying here, and I’ll never come back. If you care about your property and basic respect, choose somewhere else.
