We found the hotel decent value for two or three nights, but it’s quite far from central Pattaya and there isn’t much to do nearby. A longer stay might get boring. Also, the sea and beach are very dirty, so swimming there isn’t really possible. We knew about that beforehand, so it didn’t disappoint us. There’s a large pool with a jacuzzi, a kids’ trampoline, a sauna, and a playground. Rooms are spacious and have balconies, and room service is reasonably priced. Breakfast is standard and decent, with sausages, scrambled eggs, and rice. On Sunday they even had beef stroganoff, a nice surprise. The soundproofing was something we really disliked. We could hear the TV and people talking in the next room.

The staff looked after me when I suddenly became ill, especially the night staff. They helped at the right moment, and I feel they gave me a second life. I’m very grateful and won’t forget their care. Everyone was inclusive, and there was no discrimination. I’m Indian and stayed here for three nights and four days. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the view was next level, especially the pool and beach. The Indian food wasn’t available, but the other facilities were top notch. It was spacious, cool, and comfortable, and totally worth staying. I highly recommend the property. I feel lucky and happy, and owe the whole staff a lot. Thank you.

The staff were warm and courteous, and the service was excellent throughout. They even arranged a birthday cake as a surprise, which truly made my day. A wonderful stay, and I highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality and care.

The location was the main drawback. It’s about a 90-minute walk from town, and there isn’t much to do close by. The hotel itself was clean and the staff pleasant, though it felt a little tired. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
