Camelot Hotel Pattaya

The breakfast runs until noon and leans more toward Indian-style food. There are Indian restaurants nearby, and transport is easy to find. The hotel is in a very good spot, with Walking Street close by. Rooms are large, and the reception area is huge.

The rooms were fresh, and the air conditioning was excellent, which you really need in Pattaya. The staff are eager to help whenever they can. Pacharin ( Apple) was especially helpful with requests, big or small, and Miss Suchittra K was also a pleasure to deal with. Great value, and I'll happily book the Camelot hotel again on my next trip.

We didn't feel safe there, and our holiday is ruined. At 2am, we complained about the noise, and the woman on the other side escalated things by threatening to get her friends to come beat us up. The hotel staff just stood there and did nothing. Absolutely the worst place I've ever been to. Do not come.

I liked how peaceful and quiet the hotel felt, tucked away from the busy street but only a stone's throw from the well-known entertainment district. The 10 baths bus runs both routes right by the gate, so getting around is easy. You can open the windows for a morning breeze, and the beach and boats to the islands are a five-minute walk away. The pool is great, and breakfast is fine. It's a charming old-style hotel, so anyone expecting brand new carpets and designer furniture may want to look elsewhere. Still, it's clean and the staff are very nice and helpful.
