The noise made it extremely hard to relax or sleep, especially in the evening and early morning when other guests were up. I could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, and doors closing in nearby rooms and the hallway. The walls felt paper thin. Proper soundproofing is a serious issue here, and management should improve the insulation. For light sleepers or anyone needing quiet to work or rest, this could be a major problem. On the positive side, Sp Boutique Pattaya is conveniently located near public transport, restaurants, and key attractions. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean with the advertised amenities. Still, unless the soundproofing is addressed, I would hesitate to return or recommend it to people seeking a peaceful stay. The hotel has potential, but the noise affected my comfort too much.

The shower had very weak, inconsistent water pressure, and the room's furniture and decor felt old and poorly maintained. Noise came through clearly from the hallway and neighboring rooms because the soundproofing was poor. The surroundings were messy and not well kept. For the price, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations.

There was no Wi-Fi, and mobile reception was barely usable, which made it really inconvenient to stay connected. The room had no soundproofing at all, so I could hear every conversation and footstep from the hall and neighboring rooms.

It was noisy, the swimming pool was quite dirty, and the fitness center was old.

Crowded and loud, with rooms that aren't soundproof.
