The location is quiet, which is a big plus for me in Pattaya. The staff were very nice, the pool and gym were good, and breakfast had a pretty good selection. We had a problem with the electric system that switched on every few hours and turned on all the lights, so the first night wasn’t great for sleeping. After trying various ways to sort it out, the staff offered us another room, and the rest of our stay was great. TDLR: 4.5/5.

The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel’s main advantage is its central location in Pattaya, with two very interesting locations at the junction and access to all the places you might want to visit. The location is wonderful, and the swimming pool attached to the bar is a great value.

We didn’t stay at Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya, but were next door at Nova Suites, where we had a terrible experience. With a flight just a few hours away, we urgently needed to check our baggage weight. We approached Ton and Prim casually, and even though we weren’t hotel guests, they patiently helped with all our bags and did it with the warmest smiles. They were exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. We even had to insist they take a tip. That brief interaction said a lot about the hotel’s service culture. If they treat non-guests this well, I can only imagine how good a stay there would be. We’re definitely choosing Centara Nova next time we’re in Pattaya. Two hundred stars for Ton and Prim, absolute gems and a real asset to the hotel. Highly recommended for the people alone.

The location was awful. The area facing our room was basically a shantytown, with metal shacks and people living in squalor. The food at breakfast was great, though, and the service was prompt and courteous. Our room was clean and the shower had great water pressure.

The staff were professional and kind, and the room was huge, with a big, clean en-suite bathroom. It’s in a convenient spot, with a 7-Eleven right next door and lots of restaurants nearby. The price is really good compared with other hotels in the area. Loved this place and will definitely return.
