The Icon Place at Nurn Plub Wan

The bed was super comfortable, and the room felt relaxing. It was spacious and had everything I needed, including a microwave, kettle, and fridge. The big table was comfortable for working on my laptop. There are two washing machines on the ground floor, one for 30 baht and the other for 40 baht, which was very handy. The location was good overall, with a market across the road and a balcony looking over the rail track. Traffic gets very busy at rush hour. Each morning, a policeman came around 7:15 a.m. and whistled continuously until 8 a.m. I’m an early bird, so it didn’t bother me. The staff were very helpful and efficient, thanks to them for that. I’d suggest a more thorough clean, though. I stayed in two rooms, and both had dust behind the bedside tables and on the shelves, including the cutlery and wardrobe shelves. There were also dirty dishes at check-in, a dirty cup in one room and a dirty plate in the other.
