Centre Point Prime Hotel Pattaya

The kids had loads to do here, especially at the wave pool and on the water slides, and the poolside lounging area gave parents a chance to relax. Food and drinks around the pool were reasonably priced. There is also a kids' club, a gym with good views, and an extensive, dependable breakfast buffet. Staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. It's a dry hotel, with no alcohol sold on site, which keeps things quiet and family friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and practical, almost like a small apartment. The bed was comfortable, and the pantry had a microwave. We also had a private balcony with a nice view, and housekeeping kept things in good order. The high-floor views were fantastic. Centre Point Prime Hotel Pattaya is on Sukhumvit Road in Naklua, away from the busy center, so it felt peaceful. The beach and nightlife aren't within walking distance, but there's a free shuttle to nearby attractions and malls. Taxis and Bolt made it easy and affordable to get around. For families, the large rooms and fun facilities make this a comfortable, good-value option in Pattaya.

The breakfast was the worst part: most of the food was really cold, the choice was very limited, and the room was packed. The service staff weren't very friendly either. Getting out of the building was frustrating too. Twice we waited over 10 minutes for the elevator to come down from the 33rd floor, and on departure day it took more than 15 minutes. When it finally arrived, it stopped on every floor. Our top-floor suite itself was a huge, stylish, clean apartment, and the children's pool area was great.

Getting around from this hotel was easy, and the convenient location made the trip comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great facilities. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it. I'd be glad to come back.

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the modern room was clean and very comfortable. It came with complimentary noodles and water. There was a nice infinity pool for relaxing, plus a sitting and play area for kids at the front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a huge spread of local and continental food, desserts, juice, and an egg station. The ocean views from the rooms were lovely too. The hotel is a bit far from the beach and tourist areas, but there are several shuttle runs a day for pickup and drop-off. I'd have preferred to request a shuttle when needed instead of working around set times.
