I liked staying here, though the cleaners seemed a bit uppity. I was charged a little extra when I left after four nights. No worries, it was peanuts, but the rate I'd been given at check-in was 1200bht a night.

The pool is small, and the shower is over the toilet with no screen, which is substandard. But what put me off most was the receptionist or staff member's terrible attitude when I first viewed the room. With that kind of personality, I wouldn't stay here for free. Why work in hospitality with an attitude like that?

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was nice and very clean. Our room, 401, was really big and had a balcony too.

JaJa at reception made us feel very welcome. She was really nice, helped with any request, and even arranged a taxi to the airport. Chitra suite is quiet, has a pool, and is close to bigC, about 10min from the beach. The large, clean rooms at the back have balconies, while the front rooms are more modern.

There isn't much parking, and the swimming pool is small, but the area felt safe and was quiet at night. The place was nice and clean, with more than enough space for the two of us. It's 8km from Pattaya view point and Hard Rock cafe.
