Breakfast was the best part of my mornings, everything was fresh and tasted just right. It gave me a great boost for the day. The staff also went above and beyond to make the hotel feel like a home away from home. And thanks to Mr. Roshan, who was the best of all.

I really enjoyed the pool and breakfast buffet, with its good mix of Thai and international dishes. Our room was spacious, clean, and kept in good shape, with a lovely city and sea view. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The hotel is handy for the beach, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Staff were polite, friendly, and quick to help, while check-in and checkout were smooth. Even so close to Pattaya’s busy areas, the atmosphere felt relaxing. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return or recommend it for a vacation or some time to unwind.

Rose at the front desk was such a sweetheart. She speaks English fluently, has a wonderful smile, and a perfect attitude. Breakfast on the top floor by the pool was delicious, too. Journey Hub is right in the heart of Pattaya, and our big, beautiful room had a balcony, a very comfortable bed, and enough facilities. My little lady and I had a lovely night here, and we both agree we’ll be back for sure.

Mr. Roshan Bhaiya treated us like his own brothers, and his help with the food and conversation meant a lot. The food quality was exceptional, with so many options to choose from. I was also impressed by the breakfast buffet. The rooms are modern and well maintained, and the hospitality and location were excellent. We’ll definitely visit again.
